Terms and Conditions
No addition or modification to the conditions binds Igo unless expressly consented to in writing. The processing of an order does not imply Igo’s acceptance of additional terms or conditions.
Igo consents to selling only to businesses, and Igo’s products are intended for commercial use only. Our products are designed for industrial use or use by businesses and professionals.
Pricing
Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars. In the event of an error, Igo reserves the right to change prices without notice. Igo also reserves the right to modify prices based on market fluctuations and manufacturing conditions.
Offered prices are valid for a period of 7 days. Proposed shipping costs should be considered from dock to dock. Additional handling fees may apply. Volume pricing is available upon request.
Prices in printed catalogs or online PDF files are for reference only. For exact prices, please search for products on our website. For more information, contact your Igo representative.
Sales Tax
Igo is required to collect the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as well as the provincial sales tax on items not exempt. Please provide any exemption certificates when placing your order.
Payment Terms
Terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment for customers with an Igo account. For those without an account, purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or debit card. Contact our customer service to open an account. All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.
If the buyer does not settle the invoice within thirty (30) days, Igo may delay shipment until payment or, at its discretion, cancel any partially or entirely unshipped order.
Product Availability and Special Orders
Check product availability at the time of order. For special orders, some items may have minimum quantity requirements set by the manufacturer and may require a longer delivery time.
Delivery
Request a quote for any delivery charges. We offer free pickup from our offices. Additional transport fees apply, at Igo’s discretion, to urgent orders or those with special instructions and for delivery outside the established delivery area.
Delivery errors and missing or damaged items must be reported to Igo on the next business day following receipt of the shipment (damaged items must be accompanied by a signed acknowledgment of damages).
Export
Igo products are intended for delivery and use in Canada only. Igo is not responsible for the sale of products intended for export.
When products purchased from Igo are exported, the buyer is solely responsible for export from Canada and import into destination countries, as well as compliance with applicable regulations, including Canadian export control laws, rules, and regulations.
Limited Warranty
Products are warranted against defects and manufacturing faults according to the manufacturer’s warranty. If Igo determines that the product has a defect or manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced at Igo’s discretion, constituting the buyer’s sole remedy.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with one of our stocked products, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another product. During this period, products must be returned prepaid in their original packaging and must be in good condition for resale. A return authorization number must be issued by our customer service; Igo reserves the right to refuse any shipment not accompanied by a return authorization.
Igo inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credit when items are damaged, worn, or in poor condition for resale. Returns may be subject to restocking fees, according to the manufacturer’s return policy, as well as shipping or other fees.
Orders for products affected by X-factor phenomena such as viral outbreaks and other extreme conditions cannot be returned once shipped and invoiced.
For any special order products, ABC Distribution cannot process returns or refunds.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we do not accept returns for products associated with Covid-19 (masks, hand sanitizers, disinfectant products, etc.)
