If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. During this period, products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
go reserves the right to refuse any return that is not accompanied by an authorization number. This number must be included on your order confirmation or invoice. The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, and the initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Igo inspects all returned products and reserves the right to deny credit if return conditions are not met. A return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as shipping or other fees. The customer is not allowed to deduct any amount from an invoice payment until a credit note has been issued. The processing time for a return may take up to 10 business days.
For all special orders, Igo does not accept returns or refunds.

These details will be used to complete a complaint form. After our Quality Control team, in collaboration with the product supplier, has reviewed the case, a return authorization number will be issued if the request is approved. If the request is denied, a member of our team will contact you.
No product can be returned without a return authorization number.
A defective product may be returned within a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase.
All products with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sales.
Additionally, certain single-use products banned under federal or municipal regulations (already in effect or upcoming) are final sales. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of an error by Igo or a product defect.
No returns are allowed for food products after delivery, except in the case of an error on our part, which must be reported within 10 days of purchase.
