This number must be included on your order confirmation or invoice. The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, and the initial shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Igo inspects all returned products and reserves the right to deny credit if return conditions are not met. A return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as shipping or other fees. The customer is not allowed to deduct any amount from an invoice payment until a credit note has been issued. After our Quality Control team, in collaboration with the product supplier, has reviewed the case, a return authorization number will be issued if the request is approved.
